From Decision Process to Departure
1- When you decide for an operation, we will require following information from you: date, type of operation, type of accomodation, number of days of accomodation, number of accompaniers. Please fill in the application form and send it by mail or post to OLÇUN.
2- After we get the application form, we send the applicant our offer with the contract and if you accept this offer, you need the sign the contract (booking formular) and send it back to us. After the decision, we send you by e-mail a booking form.
3- After we receive this booking form, we send you your contract with a date approval and also the required trip infos.
4- Then comes the payment.Maximum 4 weeks before the surgery, the customer pays our commission and also the operation cost.
Wir will be glad to welcome you here in Istanbul.
Attention: If by the doctor control in Turkey comes our that the oparation is not possible due to medical causes, or if the customer wants to get back due to personal causes, the customer gets his oparation payment back.
Before the trip you may have medical or organizational questions. You will have a specific contact- person to give answers to your questions. Do not hesitate calling us.
